Trinity Health Outpatient Rehabilitation - Livonia Campus offers a comprehensive program designed to help individuals overcome injury or illness and regain independence and function. 

Our outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care to support recovery from a wide range of conditions, including: 

  • Brain injury, including post-concussion syndrome 
  • Stroke 
  • Neurological disorders 
  • Workplace injuries 
  • Trauma
  • Vestibular disorders including vertigo and balance disorders  
  • Dementia and mild cognitive impairment
  • Cancer and debility
  • Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction 
  • Orthopedic injuries
  • Post surgical conditions

  • Lymphedema/lipedema Treatment 
  • Parkinson’s disease therapy using LSVT LOUD and LSVT BIG Programs 
  • SPEAK OUT!® program  for Parkinson’s [JK1] 
  • Auto accident and work-related injuries  
  • Geriatric rehabilitation program 
  • Balance and fall prevention programs  
  • Pre-driving clinical skills evaluation 
  • Instrumental swallowing evaluations:
  • Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) 
  • Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)

Directions and Parking 

For outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy, patients and visitors should park in the South Lot and enter through the South Entrance. 

The outpatient therapy department is located on the first floor. After entering, proceed down the first hallway and make a right at the sign labeled “Outpatient Therapy.”
