Dr. Mathis is friendly, professional and considerate. She puts you at ease in a rather uncomfortable situation.
She researched before my appointment and had information at hand for our discussion. She took cues from our conversation, and made the appointment very comfortable. It felt like I was welcomed into the family with open arms, and my concerns were not dismissed or brushed aside. I am very happy that I am part of the wellness process!
I was sad sad when Dr. Iles straw was no longer seeing patients at this office, but I am very happy that I have Dr. Mathis. Little did I know that she is also a highly regarded provider through the Garner program that partners with my anthem insurance.

Unfortunately, I did not see the provider until almost an hour after my appointment time. But, on the flip side, I was there for an annual exam and my appointment took way longer than 15 minutes so it happens.
