Dr. Schwinn did my prostatectomy with expert skill. He was great before, during and after the procedure. He is very good at what he does.
The only issue was the excess water in the bladder that I was unable to handle after both the doctor in the nurse left the room other than that everything was stellar

I am very pleased overall it was a handling of the excess water in the bladder at the end of the meeting that was a difficulty for me and that could be handled a little different so that the patient has more appropriate equipment or some other way of handling the water that is not controllable from the bladder at that point
I encountered some technical difficulties with my mic and video. Dr. Schwinn was very patient and followed through with my appointment nearly half an hour later. He was very professional and provided me with a lot of comfort regarding my upcoming procedure.

Dr Schwinn was great However trinity health was annoying texting me when I was inside the building asking where I was! And that I hadn’t checked in 15 minutes before my appointment even after I had paid and e checked in ! Still checked in 10 mins before appointment only to wait for 20 minutes!!!!!!

As unpleasant as it was to have the biopsy Dr Schwinn made me feel at ease and kept me aware of every step during the procedure. His assistants were excellent as well and very knowledgeable of their job and equipment.

This guy is incredible! I was actually seen within two minutes of my scheduled apt. and that never happens anywhere. He is very easy to talk to, explains thoroughly and really appears to have a true connection with his patients. Caring Dr. Never have to wait
Dr. Schwinn identified my kidney stone problem immediately and prescribed a surgical plan. He conducted two PCNL procedures, one on each kidney. Both surgeries went flawlessly without any problems.
Dr. Schwinn identified three very large kidney stones in both my kidneys. He discussed and reviewed, in detail, a plan of action to remove the stones ASAP. He has accommodated me every step of the way.

I have only had an initial visit and discussion. The facility was very impressive and clean. Very short wait time in waiting room before called in. All support staff was very friendly, from check in to check out Dr. took his time and listened to my concerns, answered my questions and suggested how to proceed. Wrote a prescription and the office staff worked with my insurance company to solve a few issues. Communication was very strong thru the my chart portal. Considering that I chose this facility online based on reviews and Dr. qualifications, I do not think I could have gone any place better.
My complaints with Trinity Health all have to do with scheduling and lack of timely communication.

Good folks
A short time after I arrived home, the local anesthetic wore off and my body went into defense mode. Perfuse sweating, very light headed, blurry, almost no vision amongst other symptoms. I called the RN and she ensured me this will pass. It did about an hour later. Nobody told me this may happen. Nothing on the brochures either. If I knew this was a possibility it would have been much better.
