I had my first visit with Dr. Brandon Coy yesterday and it was such a hugely positive experience! He was kind, he listened to my concerns without rushing me (despite me being the last appointment of the day), and made me feel completely comfortable. He explained my treatment plan clearly and made it so easy to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
He actually took extra time listening to my symptoms and I never felt rushed.
Dr. Coy was personable and professional. He gave me his complete attention and answered my questions for me. He made me feel like he cared about my comfort and health and I did not feel rushed at all. Before ending the appointment, he asked once more if I had any other questions or concerned. He thanked me for coming in. He was a very nice guy while still being professional. He's a keeper.

As a 75 yr.lady I would say a wonderful bedside manner, patient and spent a lot of time with me. He has a soft comforting voice and very carrying.
He's a very good physician, I'm very satisfied with everything he and his assistant did. His assistant was also very helpful, attentive, and I don't have a single bad thing to say. Only good things for both of them.
The atmosphere in the office was so warm and inviting. It matched the way all the staff responded to each other and the patients. Calming office by the lighting and fish tank. Dr. Coy really had the patient interest at heart. He did make sure I was well taken care of and understood all instructions. Thank you Dr. Coy.

Dr Coy was great. The other really good thing was that I was able to make my 8am Monday appointment thru my patient portal Sunday evening.
Dr. Understood my issue, and said will follow up with me After blood work was completed. And he did.
He went above and beyond to get more testing done for me. He listened carefully and had new ideas how to help me. I truly appreciate Dr Coy.
I feel I was given the right Diagnosis. And physical tests were performed to find that.
