About
Dr. Ku earned his medical degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine, in Detroit, MI. He completed a residency in general pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Michigan and a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Ku's clinical interests focus on infant pharmacology and the care of the extremely preterm infants by improving neuro developmental outcomes for infants in the NICU. When asked about this philosophy of care he said,
"I prefer to use evidence-based medicine to provide the best care for our patients. I strive to use a family-centered approach to do what's best for the patients and their families. In addition to using a team-approach to ensure that the needs of both the patients and their families are well addressed."
In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors with his wife and three children. They like to explore new places by hiking and biking!
