While I was waiting in the lobby for my appointment, I could hear conversations happening in the exam rooms. Perhaps adding a sound machine to the lobby would protect privacy of the patients in those rooms.

The wait time was a bit long but I understand they have limited staff but once I was in the room, the doctors and nurse that entered my room gave me their full attention and didn’t leave until all of my questions were answered

Dr. Zeni is a great doctor! He’s kind, courteous, compassionate, and readily answers any questions you may have. He takes his time with you, and isn’t rushed. He makes you feel like you matter. His demeanor is calm and he explains things well. I’m glad I chose him to be my doctor for my sleeve surgery.

Dr. Zeni is very caring and knowledgeable. He answers any questions I have and listens to my concerns. He tells me in a way that is understandable. He spends time with you during any visit and doesn't act like he's rushed to get to the next patient. If I needed any abdominal surgery, Dr. Zeni would be at the top of my list.
Always a great visit either by video or in person! The entire staff listens to any concerns I have and always makes sure all my questions are answered. I leave each appointment knowing that I received the best care!
