Dr Francis listened to what my problem was and came up with a fantastic solution. Relieved 40 years of back pain with minimal surgery. I feel like a new man, no pain drugs required.

I felt he was rude and very dismissive left me confuse as to why I was there in the first place. No help on understanding anything that should’ve been going on and he was in the room 5 minutes tops and did nothing but said think about surgery on something he said he didn’t see to even know if surgery was an option .

Dr. Francis is the only neurosurgeon I would let work on me again. After 7 back surgeries I had plenty of times to find the best and worst surgeons in southeast Michigan. Previously I used all the big names available at the time, and had pretty much every complication possible from their efforts. Dr. Francis has done everything thing he could to correct the previous work and give me the best chance of having some kind of life going forward. Real nice and professional people in his office as well.
